Jacqueline Gold's former nanny is sentenced to a year in prison for trying to poison her.

A former nanny for Ann SUmmers' boss Jacqueline Gold is sentenced to 12 months in prison for trying to poison her. The family of a Kent man, who died after an unprovoked attack, appeals for witnesses.

A former nanny for Ann Summers' Chief Executive Jacqueline Gold is sentenced to 12 months in prison for trying to poison her. Alison Cox from East Grinstead said she contaminated her boss's food with screen wash, so her cook would get the blame at the millionaire's home near Whyteleafe in Surrey.

The family of a Kent man, who died after an unprovoked attack, appeals for witnesses. Adrian Milner died in hospital after he was punched in the face around 7.50pm on the 28 December 2010. He was walking home along Church Road in Murston, Sittingbourne. Police ask anyone with information on this incident to call 01622 654852. Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555111.

Medway Maritime hospital is being held up as an example to other hospitals in the south east in MRSA control. Medway Maritime claims it has completely eradicated cases of the potentially lethal super-bug in the past year.
