Shaun is joined by cooking genius Stefan Gates.

Shaun wades through the millions of flowers and chocolates sent to the studio by his millions of female and male admirers. Oh, and Stefan Gates brings some sexy food.

Shaun was joined live in studio by Matt Everitt for an irreverent take on the day's music news and gastro chef Stefan Gates brought in some of the best aphrodisiacs to get us in the mood for St Valentines Days. 

Shaun also chatted about his band's reunion for a gig at Leigh Library on Saturday and we were after your 14 year old love messages.....lots of 'Tell my Wife she is well fit' etc.
