You have worked hard all year, saved for months, you drag the kids halfway round the world for the annual family holiday - and it's a disaster!

Rani Price and Joe Crowley, come to the aid of holidaymakers and give them the tips on how to complain. Dr Lisa Ackerley, Save My Holiday's resident health and hygiene expert, is testing typical holiday rentals, bars and buffets to ensure you know how to keep your family safe abroad.
