Prime Minister, David Cameron, says that tougher rules will be brought in to ensure that people who are coming over from places like India, Pakistan , Bangladesh and Sri Lanka can speak the English so that they can play a fuller part in British life. But do you think that it is important to speak English in order to fully integrate into the UK?
