The man shot dead by police in Brighton on Thursday is named as Michael Fitzpatrick.

Michael Fitzpatrick shot dead by Sussex police was jailed in 1999 for conspiracy to murder a woman in Kent. Retired businessman Christopher Tappin from Orpington can be extradited to the US.

Dom has the first BBC Radio interview with retired businessman Christopher Tappin after a judge rules he can be extradited to the US to stand trial for allegedly trying to sell arms to Iran.  

The 64 year-old is accused of shipping batteries for surface-to-air missiles, which were to be sent from America to Tehran via the Netherlands.

Dom chats to TV presenter Nick Knowles about his show Secret Fortune, a new gameshow for Saturday nights on BBC One.
