We look at the results of our survey, and the impact of the rise on small businesses and consumers. Also, Have ASBOs worked where you live ? They were brought in in 1999 and have been imposed sixteen thousand, nine hundred, and ninety nine times. But there have been questions about whether they really make communities safer.
