Each time he speaks he loses the game, so he decides to have one more go and promises that nothing will make him speak until he wins. Suddenly there is a problem with a carriage and Loopy really needs to tell his friends about it, but everyone keeps telling him to shush, so Loopy tries his best to mime his important message.
