BBC Radio 1 - Fearne Cotton, Thursday: Vampire Weekend in the Live Lounge

Vampire Weekend join Fearne for a special performance in Radio 1's Live Lounge.

Vampire Weekend performed their single ‘Run’ and a cover of Cheryl Cole’s ‘Fight For This Love’. It even included a bit of trumpet!

Today was their last work gig before they go home for Christmas so they were feeling very festive.

The lads looked back on their successful year and the album ‘Contra’. They say they’ve got a few ideas for new material but haven’t recorded anything yet.
