The Teletubbies watch two girls make a picture of a gold fish pond using tissue paper. Dipsy sees a cloud and decides to follow it. The cloud rains and leaves a puddle. Dipsy's hat falls in the puddle and he sings a sad song. The sun dries Dipsy's hat and he sings a happy song.
