A heartbroken Janine resorts to chilling measures to punish Ryan and Stacey.

Janine resorts to chilling measures to punish Ryan and Stacey, while the blissful pair plan a weekend away together. Billy and Julie's road trip leads to a run-in with the police.

Janine vows to stop Ryan and Stacey going away together. Pat is worried but Janine insists, Ryan and Stacey will pay for this. Pat tells her she hasn’t helped matters by driving Ryan away. Janine is outraged, she isn’t the guilty party in all this. Pat makes her swear that she’s not going to do anything stupid. Janine pushes Pat away and destroys the tree she decorated for Ryan. Pat decides not to go to New Zealand, people need her here. Stacey asks Jean to look after Lily for the weekend. Kat tells Ryan that she knows about the affair and if he hurts Stacey, he’ll have Kat to answer to. Janine receives a bag of pills from a stranger in the market. Back at the flat, she crushes them to a powder. Ryan comes home to find Janine has cooked dinner. She gives him a glass of wine and watches while he drinks with a grim smile on her face. 

It’s Peter’s birthday party. Syed is awkward with Jane after what happened with Masood. Christian wants him to make an effort. Whitney tells Lauren that Peter is too full on for her. Lauren tells her she should dump Peter if she doesn’t like him. Jane convinces Peter to wait until Valentines Day to propose to Whitney. Peter demands Ian accept Whitney as his girlfriend. Ian insults Whitney and Peter walks out.

Billy takes Julie with him on a car delivery he’s doing for Phil. The car gets a puncture and the police stop to help. By the time it’s fixed, Julie realises she’ll miss her curfew. Billy tries to reassure her but Julie’s worried, she’s missed her curfew before, she could go back to prison.

After Phil and Glenda sleep together again, Glenda wonders what’s going on between them.
