Stop-frame animation. Nestling in gently rolling hills is Timmy's nursery school, cosily housed in some old farm buildings. Timmy is determined to play with Otus's new remote-controlled truck. He tries more and more ambitious stunts, until disaster strikes and the truck is broken. Harriet helps make a new one out of odds and ends, but will it match up to the original?
