At 1, Did England deserve to host the World Cup? 

Yet again, England have lost, this time to Russia who won the 2018 World Cup bid. To make matters worse the English bid only got two votes. We've got the Olympics...why do we need another massive sporting event? Or is this a real kick in the teeth for England fans?
