Alesha Dixon discusses her experiences of domestic violence, which are the subject of her BBC One documentary Don't Hit My Mum.

Alesha also talks about her new album as part of the Monday music review in the final half hour, when Westlife also join Victoria in the studio to discuss their new release.

Also on the programme, top referees in Scotland have voted to go on strike this weekend over the abuse they've been getting this season. In the first hour, Victoria is joined by Stuart Dougal, a former SPL and international referee.

The Ministry of Defence has won the bulk of its appeal against a court ruling which allowed Britain's atomic test veterans to claim damages. We go live to the High Court for an explanation of the ruling's implications.

Wagner's still in the X Factor despite the judges' waning patience, while Ann Widdecombe's performances on Strictly Come Dancing are getting more and more outrageous. And then there's Gillian McKeith's apparent fainting fits on I'm a Celebrity.  Good TV? Or time for all three of them to go home?
