Gunman Raoul Moat's father tells us he believes his son's death was the outcome police wanted, plus the latest on serious flooding in Cornwall and young men's attitudes to rape.

Victoria speaks to gunman Raoul Moat's father Peter Blake, who says he thinks police wanted his son dead. 

Moat had never met his father - his parents split up before he was born - and it's claimed his final words before taking his life were: "I've no dad, no one cares about me."

Do short term exclusions work? A new study says they're ineffective and that badly behaved pupils should instead be banned from mainstream school for twelve months.



Parts of Cornwall are three feet under water after severe flooding - with people trapped in cars and homes. Reporters, local businesses and residents have the latest.
