Wrapping up his audio-diary of the Gorillaz' US Tour, Kano had an in-depth chat with Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett this week.

Kano got deep into the workings of Gorillaz in a must-listen interview for fans of the band. They talked about the music Damon's been writing on his iPad on tour, which he plans to make into an album, and the night Jamie woke up on various different toilets across Detroit...!

It was also a morning for live guests. We had Roll Deep singer and future star Jodie Connor and Kilford 'The Music Painter' live in the studio, who drew the sounds in this week's Wake Up mix - check out the fruits of his labour below.
