As Keith Cochrane clocks up a year as chief executive of Weir Group, Gillian Marles asks him about the Glasgow engineering firm's elevation to the FTSE-100, its new acquisition in India and the company's global ambitions.

Could the days of lavish business lunches be over? Aisha Anwar, a partner in DLA Piper's Litigation and Regulatory Group in Glasgow, says under the Bribery Act companies have to be very careful, or they could end up in court.
