Yesterday the UK's Supreme Court ruled in favour of a pre-nuptial agreement that had been signed in Germany. This could pave the way for other couples who have agreed not to make claims on their partner's assets if they decide to split up. But think about it - is it insulting to be asked to sign a pre-nup? Imagine your inheritance going to a gold digger...is it better to be smart than sorry?
