Graham Stewart asks if awards add actual value to a business.

Jaison Morgan, founder of The Common Pool, a California-based consulting firm for developing prizes and new incentive models, explains to our reporter Gillian Marles the power behind a prize. He also sits on the Saltire Prize Challenge Committee - the body set-up by the Scottish Government to offer a £10 million reward for advances in marine energy.

Robert Muir, sales director of engineering company NuPhalt, tells our reporter Suzanne Allan how winning several Green Business Awards has affected the company.
