Scottish duo Steph Twell and Freya Murray line up in a competitive looking 5000m, headed by Kenyan world champion Vivian Cheruiyot. 

The curtain comes down on another Commonwealth Games athletic programme with the traditional 4x400m relay final for both men and women. 

The commentary team is Steve Cram, Paul Dickenson, Jonathan Edwards, Brendan Foster and Phil Jones. 

Elsewhere, it's semi-finals day at the Siri Fort Sports Complex at the business end of the individual events in the badminton. The whole of the host nation will be behind superstar Saina Nehwal, who is aiming to become India's first female Commonwealth badminton champion. 

England fans will be hoping Nathan Robertson is still in the doubles events - the Nottingham shuttler is the defending champion in the mixed doubles but is playing with a new face, Jenny Wallwork, in Delhi after the retirement of long-time partner Gail Emms. Commentary comes from David Mercer and Gail Emms. 

There is also news of the second men's hockey semi-final and the men's 3m synchro diving final.
