Forty years from now, what will planes look like? Charles Champion, the executive vice president of engineering at Airbus tells Lesley Curwen about attempts to reduce engine emissions and use smarter materials to build aircraft, taking lessons from nature in the way birds fly. He describes how a Zen-like atmosphere can be created with mood lighting which changes between day and night. 

Plus, the search for new markets for luxury cruises. Peter Shanks, the President and Managing Director of Cunard explains that  its parent company is starting to look toward markets like Brazil and India.

And, our commentator Peter York wonders whether diversity on company boards changes the way the businesses are run.
