Rolf Harris looks at the life and work of Marc Chagall, visiting Paris to discover how the city of love inspired him. A Russian Jew, Chagall overcame poverty, prejudice, two World Wars and the Russian Revolution to follow his dream to become an artist. He is best known for his paintings of lovers, which were inspired by the love of his life, Bella. Rolf paints his own wife, Alwen, in the style of Chagall and gets an insight into Chagall's life by talking to his friend, ex-Rolling Stone Bill Wyman, who shares memories and photographs of the artist.
