The adrenaline-filled programme sees Steve and Naomi meet the British white water rafting team for some games on the water, and Steve goes mountain biking in the Nevis range. Plus, the studio audience is challenged to try a spot of raft building.

This episode's special guest is paralympian Ellie Simmonds, who dazzled the world with her amazing performances in Beijing where she won two gold medals.
