We join the Environment Agency and councils across the UK as they use sting operations and 24 hour surveillance to expose Britain's Filthy Rotten Scoundrels.

In Middlesborough, four van loads of rubble are dumped on a housing estate. Investigators find evidence linking them all back to a serial fly-tipper.

And a National Trust beauty spot in Surrey has had a skip load of toxic asbestos dumped on it.  Will anyone be brought to justice?
