At the end of a fortnight of food and drink festivals throughout the country, Graham Stewart asks how the industry is going to meet its ambitious growth targets.

Joining him in the studio are Campbell Laird, managing director of threebrand - a creative marketing agency specialising in the food and drink sector - and Bruce Davidson, managing director of Loch Fyne Oysters.
