Samantha Chitty and James Elston have been living with Sam's parents while they save to buy their first home together.  They're hoping for a two-bedroom flat in south west London where prices are high. Armed with their total budget of 360 thousand pounds, Jules Hudson takes them to view two vacant homes that hold the potential to not only give them what they're looking for, but make their money go further too.
