Empty-nesters Denise and David Fox have sold the family home and want to up-sticks from Sutton Coldfield and downsize to a rural haven somewhere in Gloucestershire. They are hoping their 395 thousand pounds will be enough to get them their ideal place with enough land for David to have a workshop. Presenter Jules Hudson shows them how, if they were to consider a vacant house ripe for transformation, they could make their money go further and obtain the house of their dreams.
