Janice talks to adventurer Ben Fogle, plus she chats with Martha and The Muffins about the Echo Beach 30th anniversary and there's an acoustic session from Marina and The Diamonds.

This week Janice will be chatting to adventurer, presenter and writer Ben Fogle about his campaign to get children to re-engage with nature. Janice will also be talking to Mark Gane and Martha Johnson of Martha and the Muffins about the new version of their hit Echo Beach which they recorded to celebrate its 30th anniversary, plus acoustic session from Marina & the Diamonds.
