Sara Cox sits in for Fearne Cotton and Roll Deep join her with a special performance in BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge.

Having recovered from her weekend barbeque, Sara got her skipping ropes out and forced Dom, Matt Fincham and Tuplip to take part in an early morning workout live on air. Watch the disaster unfold as Dom gets his rope caught around the lights and plunged the Live Lounged into darkness.

Roll Deep were in the Live Lounge performing their single âGreen Lightâ and a cover of B.O.B âAirplanesâ.

Six of the crew came to Maida Vale; Breeze, Brazen, Scratchy, J2K, Manga and Tania. Manga revealed he collects vintage soap and had a special wash for todayâs performance. Skratchy told Sara he collects sun glasses but gives them away at the end of his gigs.

Roll Deep are now only 10 strong. There used to be 16 of them. But Sara is hoping to become the 11th member called Sizzling Sara.
