With smuggler Beto's poverty-stricken Uruguyan village in a flurry over the Pope's impending visit, Beto hits on the perfect idea for a way to make some serious money from it.

His smuggling runs across the border to Brazil aren't enough to make ends meet, so he decides to build a public toilet for all the pilgrims.
