Silla Carron has been credited with turning around her London council estate from one of the worst in the city, to one of the best. She's driven out drug dealers, taken on troublemakers and raised more than five million pounds to improve conditions on her Camden estate, earning her the nickname 'the pocket rocket'.

Silla continues her challenge of restoring the community spirit on the Bristol estate. She tackles the residents' living conditions, encouraging them to take pride in their surroundings. Silla demands action from the council but when her pleas go unheard, the 'pocket rocket' explodes.
