A fully interactive show for all the family, featuring listeners on the phone and a classic blend of morning music.

Today's show was dedicated to any men who have never been closer to becoming Homer Simpson than this weekend and was entitled "The sofa, the sport and the fridge - a lethal combination!"

Marian Gumbrell announced on the Mega-Phone-Call that Saxminster will be playing their first charity gig. A very sympathetic audience is invited to cheer them on. 

Today's Mystery Guest was Motoring historian and film and library manager of the National Motor Museum in Beaulieu, Stephen Vokins.
