The Great British Rib Rally starts from Portland on Saturday, we talk to one of the competitors ahead of the 1800 nautical mile trip around the coast of Great Britain & Ireland.

The Grand Prix of the Sea moves to Malta this weekend, and Shelley Jory-Leigh reports for us as she prepares for the big race.

Sea Work International, the marine show opens in Southampton next week.  The organisers will be in the studio with Tracey Clarke and Geoff Holt.

Also this week, we hear from a brand new team hoping to make a name for themselves in the world of offshore racing - Team Concise will be telling us about their plans for 2010 and their connection with Pete Goss.
