Edi Stark talks to drivers, residential permit holders, retailers, traders, parking attendants and transport planners about their views on parking regulations in Scotland's largest cities. A Scottish Government consultation on proposals to raise parking fines to as much as Â£100 runs until June. Some local authorities are also considering green parking permits and clamping.
