He has been trekking across the USA on his American Adventure for the last month, but now The Dark Lord is back and ready to reclaim The Best Time of the Day Show. None of the madness has gone, thankfully. This morning, Alex asks: what is the biggest thing you have lost? Plus, there are suggestions for what needs an L-Plate, an update on blubber watch and talking trollies. 
There is a new Album of the Week from Steve Winwood and the new Kylie Minogue track is the Record of the Week. The Lester's Library tracks are from Rosie Ledet and Joe Nicholls, while your choice from the Listener's Library is by The Ohio Players. Pause for Thought with Steve Williams is at 3.20am.
