Aled Jones welcomes journalist and author Bel Mooney, plus Rev Bazil Meade and the London Community Gospel Choir.

Each week Aled Jones plays tracks from a broad musical spectrum, that celebrates both our choral traditions and the vibrant world of modern music as well as spiritually uplifting and reflective music. He also discusses religious and ethical issues of the week with faith representatives.

Aled says Good Morning Sunday to journalist and author Bel Mooney about her world fell apart after the break-down of her marriage and how a small dog called Bonnie inspired her recovery. The Revd Bazil Meade, founder and principal conductor of the London Community Gospel Choir discusses the news of the week from a faith perspective and gives the Moment of Reflection. The choir's latest album is their first to cross over into rock and pop, as well as gospel, and they sing live in the studio.
