When a cat burglar breaks in to Martha the dog's house, she is speechless.

Animated series. Martha the dog discovers that she can talk after accidentally eating alphabet soup. A new puppy arrives, but runs away when he can not speak.

Animated series based on the bestselling books by Susan Meddaugh. When Martha, a loveable, honest and kind dog, is accidentally fed alphabet soup, she gains the power of speech. Using her speaking abilities Martha gets jobs, foils bad guys, wins contests, runs for office and orders lots of pizza! 

A new puppy joins Martha's household, bursting with puppy energy and the desire to chew everything. Unlike Martha, when Skits eats alphabet soup, nothing comes out except 'woof'. Feeling like he's let the family down, Skits runs away. But soon Skits discovers that everybody is special in their own way.
