Freyja Westdal announced on the Mega-Phone-Call that is preparing for her first wing walk after climbing Mount Kilimanjaro this should be a breeze!

Today's show was dedicated to Tom and Becky - the gymnasts who put up with us yesterday. "How on earth do you do those things guys, no seriously, how do you do them?!"

Freyja Westdal - a veteran of one bungee jump and two sky dives, is preparing for her first wingwalk. She's climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, so walking on the wing of a plane at 500 feet should be a breeze. Watch out Biggles!

Today's Mystery Guest was Peter Watts, manager of the world's oldest model village - Bekonscot.
