The Best Time Of The Day Show, with the Album and Record of the Week, Lester's Library and the Listeners' Library features.

Alex brings his own combination of music and conversation to early weekday mornings, making this The Best Time of the Day Show. This morning, dental floss is praised as the Waxy Dental Hero; it's not just for oral hygiene. It can be used as a rope by spiders stuck in the bath, and recently fleeced sheep can make a new coat from it to keep warm. There are more tales of When Science Fiction Becomes Fact, and the charming cherub that is Liam Gallagher is today's News Hank.
There is an Arctic Monkeys single selected from Listener's Library, while Alex plays a track each from Oli Brown and Courtyard Hounds, a Dixie Chicks spin-off group, from Lester's Library. There is another track from Album of the Week by Joshua Radin, Record of the Week Eli "Paperboy" Reed, and Pause For Thought at 3.20am.
