Today's show was dedicated to anyone who had real chocolate guilt from the weekend.

Natalie Woods from Nottingham announced on today's Mega-Phone-Call that herself and her friend Becks are still on speaking terms after their drive to Yorkshire!

Today's show was entitled : "Fear Is Your Friend When Coming To A Really Fast Bend" and was dedicated to anyone who had real chocolate guilt from the weekend.

Natalie Woods from Nottingham announced on today's Mega-Phone-Call that she is very very happy to announce that herself and her friend Becks are still on speaking terms after their drive to Yorkshire. No mean feat when you consider the events of their drive around Christchurch in 2007!!

Steve Hackett who is one of Britain's greatest guitarists was the Mystery Guest.
