The community is throwing a fiesta and a mariachi band is supposed to show up and play. Unfortunately, the band can't make it and Mr Beakman announces they will have to cancel the party. Everyone is glum until Muffin picks up a pair of maracas and shakes them. That gives Samuel an idea! The kids decide to find instruments and make their own 3rd and Bird mariachi band.
