Together with his new boss Ben, a fleet of new vehicles and his faithful companion Jess the cat, Pat proves that he can be relied upon to deliver on time, every time.

Ben organises a surprise party for Pat, where he will be awarded a gold star for being the best postman. How will they keep Pat away from the sorting office?
