Postman Pat has been promoted to head of the Special Delivery Service, which means he will now be called upon to deliver anything, anytime, anywhere! Together with his new boss Ben, a fleet of new vehicles and his faithful companion Jess the cat, Pat proves that he can be relied upon to deliver on time, every time!
