After a weekend of doing nothing much, Alex returns to what he does best: talking witty nonsense and playing an eclectic mix of great music. There are more tales of inappropriate laughing to cheer you up and the search for apparel for his imaginary label, SCOF Couture, goes on. As a man of many words, it seems only right that he adds a few to the English language. So, The Lexicon of Lester is currently compiling its first edition. Find out what "shinkling", "bladstat" and "squonking" are. Chances are you already do them, you just didn't have a word to describe it before.
From Lester's Library there are tracks from Norton Buffalo and Krystle Warren & The Faculty, and an album track by Wilco from the Listener's Library. Our new Album of the Week is from Amy MacDonald and Record of the Week from Harper Simon, son of Paul. Pause for Thought at 3.20am.
