Ellie Harrison goes on a journey through the East Midlands.

Ellie Harrison visits Melton Mowbray to find out what makes its pork pies so special, and gets an insight into the art of flying Indian fighting kites at Horton.

Ellie Harrison goes on a journey through the East Midlands. 

On Rutland Water she goes sailing with Chris Emmet, who has MS and sails with the Sailability scheme. 

Next Ellie visits Melton Mowbray to find out what makes its pork pies so special, then sees how a site of special scientific interest co-exists with a working quarry in Bardon Hill. 

Finally she arrives at Horton, where she gets an insight into the art of flying Indian fighting kites.
