Major social networking sites have been criticised for not doing enough to prevent cyber-bullying. Jim Gamble, from the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre, says sites like Facebook have a duty of care to the young and the vulnerable. It follows the publication of a survey this week which suggested that more than 60 percent of teenagers have witnessed some form of cyberbullying. 

Do your monitor your kids on the net? Do you limit their access? And is it a safe place for them to be?
