Water from the area is drunk by people all over the globe, the landscape provided the inspiration for internationally-renowned composer Sir Edward Elgar and the nearby village of Colwall is the birthplace of women's cricket.

John Craven heads to Norway to find out what lessons the UK could learn about sustainable fishing, Adam Henson searches for a new outlet for his rare breed pigs, and Jules Hudson attempts to navigate through the countryside using only nature. Plus the UK's largest ornamental duck breeder on why he's found his dream job.
