Five young Britons with extreme health problems are sent to an intensive detox spa.

Series in which five British teens with extreme health problems are sent to a detox spa in an attempt to change their futures. How will they react to the strict regime at the spa?

Britain's teens are in crisis: they have been labelled as Europe's leading health offenders. Amanda Hamilton and her team of holistic health experts have decided to take action by sending five young people with extreme health problems to an intensive detox spa in an attempt to change their futures. With new diets and radical therapies, is one week enough to send them on a path to healthier lives?

The teens arrive at the spa and very quickly realise that there are rules and a strict diet to follow. Partying is definitely off the menu, which is tough for binge drinker Katie. All the teens turn their noses up at the healthy food on offer, and comfort eater Ryan is caught with a secret stash of sweets. Forced to get up at the crack of dawn and march up a hill, the teens soon realise this is no holiday. Amanda warns them that it will only get tougher. It does so when the extreme detox begins. It is all too much for Alex, who threatens to pack her bags and head home.
