One of Scotland's most influential environmentalists says we should be forced to insulate our homes. Dr Richard Dixon, director of WWF Scotland, says that failing to put in energy efficiency measures is "as antisocial as drink driving". And in an interview with The Scotsman this morning he went further, suggesting that patio heaters were the "invention of the devil" and should become illegal.
