BBC Sport is in Rome, London and Cardiff for live coverage of the conclusion to the 2009 Six Nations contest, which has lived up to pre-tournament expectations of an exciting and open competition.

John Inverdale is in Cardiff to introduce the final match of the 2009 Six Nations contest, as Wales face Ireland at the Millennium Stadium in what could be a championship decider. 

Ireland's opening victory over France made them the main threat to Wales' hopes of retaining their title, and Declan Kidney's side have a fantastic recent record in the Welsh capital, having lost just one of their last eleven matches against Wales there.
