A 10 mile race and swim with just two hours on the clock is the biggest test yet for the eight Brits, but it also gives them the chance to beat their American rivals.

The group enter their final week in California, and are presented with their most gruelling challenge yet - a race totalling the equivalent miles from San Diego to Hawaii.

With two hours on the clock, each of the Brits has to run 10 miles of Mission Beach and swim around every buoy which gives Joe one of his last chances to beat American boy Treager.

In their freetime, Aine fails in cooking for the group, but succeeds in getting asked out by American guy Eddie.  But as her nerves start to kick in, will her Californian date be everything she wants it to be?
